Farm to Table

Muñoz Tapas offers a Farm to Table menu, our food supply is sourced daily, fresh from the farm where Julio and Rosa keep their horses, and prepared by the expert hands of our chefs it becomes delicious dishes to delight our clients.
We also have in the restaurant some plants that we use everyday for cooking, so you can see sometimes our staff taking some of them just in front of you, for example like the "hierba buena" (principal ingridient for the cuban mojito) or the "albahaca" (for the pizzas, spaghetti, or pesto), or "romero" which is used with the fish and meat in our kitchen.
